In 1975, they formed American Rod and Gun, a wholesaling entity serving more than 7000 retailers. As of July 2016, they operate around 100 stores. They market their goods via numerous private label brands such as Ascend, API, Occulus, RangeMaxx, Redhead, Uncle Buck's, Worldwide Sportsman, etc. They also own a restaurant chain, Islamorada Fish Company. Acquired Fishing Holdings in 2014.
