Clusterpoint provides a document-oriented database, which is available both as an on-premise and a cloud-based platform. The database encapsulates a single object and all the associated data into a single JSON file, which is stored as a document. This makes it easy for users to store unstructured data and use JQL for advanced querying capabilities. The DbaaS accommodates computing resources on the go for faster querying using massive parallelism. The users of DBaaS need not provision for resources before hand and pay only for what is used. Established in 2006, Clusterpoint was serving business customers as Enterprise NoSQL database. Since January 2015 it is offering ready to use the database as a service (DBaaS). Besides this, it also provides a Network Traffic Surveillance System and a Log Analyzer. The company has won the Bully Award in 2015 and counts Telia Latvija among one of its customers.
