Crown Bioscience develops drugs for cancer and CVMD (Cardiovascular and Metabolic Diseases). The company’s proprietary platform includes HuPrime that is a patient-derived xenograft (PDX) models which can be used for efficacy testing. It also offers oncology services, such as oncology databases, ex vivo services, human surrogate trials, in vitro and in vivo services, preclinical models (PDX, Humanized and Murine efficacy/PD) for CAR-T Therapy Evaluation (immuno-oncology) etc., CrownBio also has a variety of rodent and mouse models for the development of drugs for CVMD. The company also offers products, such as antibodies for in vivo and in-vitro studies, tissues for CVMD research, tumor samples for Oncology R&D, cytokines and growth factors for use in basic and preclinical research, recombinant proteins and cell lines for biological studies, immune checkpoint antibodies and tumor tissue microarrays.
