Demisto is a security startup which is developing an automated incident response forensics solutions. Currently offers a free service DBOT which analyses all communications for security risks on elements including File, URL and IP address on Slack. Uses services like IBM X-Force Exchange, VirusTotal ClamAV that continuously index malware as well as scan files for Trojans, viruses, and other malware. When DBOT recognizes a posting of a file in a Slack message, it checks the file and warns users if a known malware is detected. DBOT is a preview of one of the security automation capabilities which Demisto is building in its product. Co-Founders have previously worked at Intel Security & McAffe and served at IDF.
