Egomotion is a mobile app studio that first developed a product 'Tagstand', that would trigger events on the phone when they came in contact with NFC tags placed around the home, car, or office. A tag on user's nightstand could silence the phone at bedtime. They sold the NFC technology and company name off to an NFC company in China, and launched an app called 'Trigger'. Trigger allowed users to set-up auto-triggered actions. They then released 'Agent' pre-configured set made up of just Trigger’s most popular tricks. They later launched 'Status' that automatically tells friends about user's activity and if the phone is dead.
