G-CON Manufacturing designs, builds and installs prefabricated, autonomous cleanroom PODs®. Building on its first design in 2009, G-CON now has a wide array of cleanroom PODs in their product portfolio to accommodate the increased demand from the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical and cell therapeutic industries. Moreover, G-CON’s patent portfolio continues to grow which will effectively preclude imitators from copying G-CON’s initial and more recent innovations. G-CON’s cleanroom POD® portfolio encompasses a variety of different dimensions and purposes, from laboratory environments, multi-product sites, rigorous containment needs to personalized medicine and production process platforms. Since PODs are built and tested off-site, podular based facilities can be designed, built, and validated much faster than conventional solutions, reducing time-to-run and time-to-investment decisions. In addition, PODs can be leased, lowering risks of investment. The POD® cleanroom units surpass traditional cleanroom structures by virtue of their scalability, mobility and the possibility of repurposing the PODs® once the production process reaches its lifecycle end.
