It's subsidiary HBGary Federal sold products to the US Federal Government and was unable to meet revenue targets in early 2011 which forced the company to look for exit options.Acquired by IT services firm ManTech International in Feb 2012 which restructured it under Mission, Cyber, & Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) group.
