Company Details

Queue-it is an online queue system for managing website overload during extreme user peaks. By adding Queue-it to the website, users exceeding the site capacity limits are offloaded to the queue system. The volume and pace of user inflow to the website are managed dynamically in the browser-based self-service console. As the site capacity opens up, the users, who waited in line, are redirected back to the site, in the correct order and pace. It identifies and blocks bot traffic with advanced fraud protection that stops scripted bots and the organized fraudulent human activity, reducing traffic. The basic protection filters out the most obvious bots and challenges them with a CAPTCHA. It can be easily integrated with platforms such as Tessitura software, Akamai CDN, Fastly CDN, SAP Hybris, Magento, Cloudflare, and SRO TopTix. The target market includes retail, ticketing, education, and public sector. Clientele includes SONOS, Ticketfly, T-Mobile, and Sydney Opera house. Partners include AWS, Distil networks, Tessitura Network, and CloudFlare.
