Pakistan has over 22,596 startups across the country. Of these, 1K are funded companies that have collectively raised $4.77B in venture capital and private equity. A total of 719 investors have participated in 704 funding rounds, with 48 startups securing early-stage funding and 19 raising late-stage funding. In the last five years, 2,405 new companies have been founded, raising over $19.6M in funding. Startups in Pakistan have witnessed 107 acquisitions and 124 IPOs, while 5,092 startups wrapped up operations. Additionally, 226 companies have been founded by women.
