Company Details

ARK is a Lisk-forked cryptocurrency which claims it has the ability to communicate (and transact) across blockchains, a smart card for consumer use, and IPFS integration. Instead of using Lisk's sidechains, ARK uses SmartBridge, which supports encoded listeners: special nodes that listen to other chains specifically for transactions that bear ARK-compatible messages. These nodes can take the contents of those messages and execute them–including transactions on other chains. However, ARK does not have the capability to speak with every chain immediately. It provides a platform for developers to create specific encoded listeners specific to other set of chains.
