As of 2014, it had a portfolio of 1.5 million square meters of warehouse space in China. In addition to developing warehouses, the company also provides logistics services from prime locations across Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and a number of second-tier cities. In Dec 2013, it received a $120M pre-IPO loan from Goldman Sachs and in May 2014, APG bought a 20% stake in the company. It plans to go public in 2016
