Fractional real estate investment platform investing in prime and under construction real estate projects. It is a fractional real estate investment platform that invests in prime real estate projects as an investment partner. We acquire a share in the project, i.e. flats or villas at a base investor price, typically at a 20–30% discount to current market rates. These assets are held through the construction phase and exited post-completion, usually within a 2 - 3 year horizon, to generate capital appreciation for our investors. The platform currently manages over ₹200 Crore in assets across a growing base of 25,000+ investors nationwide. By entering at a significant discount, it builds in a margin of safety that reduces downside risk while creating meaningful upside potential at exit.
