Floored - Company Profile

Floored builds software to enable users to capture real-estate visualization and transform them into a 3D visualization model. Their primary customers use their software for the purposes of developing, marketing and analyzing commercial, residential and retail real estate. Floored starts by laser-scanning clients’ real, unfurnished rooms in the commercial, office or residential properties or enables clients to upload files including floorplate and other structural data about a property that has yet to be built. The Floored app enables clients to get an idea of what property could look like once fully built, adding virtual people and furniture to rooms, testing out different lighting schemes, changing the look and feel of materials used in flooring and walls, and moving virtual walls, windows or doors around a space. Its other product, Protofit, allows landlords to design floors based on a few requirements, such as a certain number of desks, conference rooms, and separation walls.
