The Gadea Biopharma project whose aim was to build up a new pharmaceutical plant was co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund.In July 2015, Amri Global acquired Gadea for $174M. Apart from the manufacturing and supply of APIs and FDFs, they also offer dedicated development and manufacturing services for clients. The company's facilities adhere to FDA and EMA standards.
