Keil manufactures software development environment for ARM Cortex-M based microcontroller devices. Its product portfolio includes C/C++ compilers, integrated development environments, RTOS, middleware, debug adapters and evaluation boards for Arm Cortex-M based devices. It develops software development framework for Cortex-M based microcontroller.
