Company Details

Nest Funding connects first-time buyers with property investors. They claim to create shared ownership for homes by bringing in together institutional investors, government, trade bodies and residents to help young ones owning their own homes. Launched in Autumn 2016, Nest funding does away with the conventional practice of mortgaging property and instead creates an SPV wherein all the investors co-own the property and earn the rent. Nest away makes money on two types of transactions - they keep 5% of the amount raised from investors for a property - they also deduct a 10% amount from the monthly rental towards management fee.
