Receivables Exchange of India Ltd (RXIL) is a joint venture promoted by SIDBI and NSE, and operates a Trade Receivables Discounting System (TReDS) platform as per RBI guidelines. TReDS is a unified platform for sellers, buyers and financiers facilitating the financing of trade receivables through an online mechanism. The platform enables discounting of invoices/bills of exchange of MSME Sellers against large corporates including govt. departments and PSUs, through an auction mechanism, to ensure quick realization of trade receivables at competitive market rates.
