In the last five years, 16,743 new companies have been founded, raising over $11.2B in funding. Startups in MENA have witnessed 2,668 acquisitions and 2,332 IPOs, while 21,178 startups wrapped up operations. Additionally, 3,218 companies have been founded by women.
