Canexia Health is a developer of mutation assays solutions for cancer patients. It has developed the Find It assay platform that helps in detecting mutations in solid tumor tissue. It detects clinically actionable genomic alterations in solid tumor samples including single-base substitutions, small deletions, and insertions up to 24bp. It evaluates the mutation status of tumor DNA at 146 hotspots and 23 exons in 30 known cancer-associated genes simultaneously. It also detects indications for non-small cell lung cancer, melanoma, colorectal cancer, GIST, basal cell, breast cancer, endometrial, and other solid tumor cancers. It has developed Follow It assay that can be used in cases of metastatic disease, unavailable biopsy, insufficient or exhausted tissue, or poor quality DNA. It provides a Fusion assay that allows the flexibility to isolate and interrogate relevant fusions only when required.
