It is part of the Naked Group, established in 2007 with services focussed on lifestyle and hospitality real estate and products. The company operates multiple facilities across China and Vietnam where it provides fully functional plug and play office spaces supported by amenities such as access to the internet, printers, cafeteria, shower and locker rooms, security and cleaning services and more. Users can obtain flexible desks, fixed desks or private offices at either of these locations by availing a monthly membership pass. The basic pass offered by the company is available for 1800 yuan/person/month. The company provides a mobile app to all its registered co-workers to encourage collaboration. It also provides services such as executive assistance support at all of its locations. In April 2017, the company partnered with RESET, an international building standard and certification program to improve building sustainability. In July 2017, the company agreed to merger terms with JustCo, a leading co-working space operator in Singapore.
