TrialPay is a US based provider of alternative payment platform, placing targeted promotions around transactions. It has two broad offerings: Monetization Solutions and Acquisition Solutions. Monetization solutions help customers advertise their offers and subscriptions via channels like ''offer wall'', action-based rewards and native integration of offers in games and apps. Acquisition Solutions allow customers to advertise their products in form of HD videos for apps, in-app placements of products and action-based rewards. Their system is used by merchants to provide users with free trials in exchange for participating in deals from their advertising partners. It has over 500 million users in over 180 countries. TrialPay has been acquired by Visa in a deal announced in February 2015. Terms of the deal are undisclosed and it is expected to close in Q3 2015.
